1. Do you have a CARGO DEPOT store?

Yes, we have a brick and mortar in Sydney that you’re more than welcome to drop by: Shop U032 & U033, Level 3, Macarthur Square, 200 Gilchrist Drive, Campbelltown, NSW, 2560

2. Do you have a minimum order?

We DONOT have a minimum order requirement for all online and call-in purchases.

3. Do I need an account to shop at Koch & Co?

No you don't! If you want to order online or to purchase from CARGO DEPOT as a GUEST, you can do so straight away.You can also create an account with us .

Delivery/Shipping

1. Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers?

Unfortunately we do not deliver to P.O. boxes or Parcel Lockers.

3. Can I add items to my order?

Yes, if you would like to add items to an order that you have recently placed, you can order with Click & Collect and write in the notes to add it to your previous order. In these notes include the name and order number of the order you would like to add to.

If you would like to add to an order 24 hours after placing the order, contact the online team to make sure it hasn't been packed yet and we can organise how to proceed with your purchases.

4.How can I track my order?

We use Aust Post and Sendle, and both of them provide you the tacking number.

5. What happens when there are missing or wrong items?

If there are missing goods or mistaken items on your recent order, feel free to get in touch with us with your invoice. As part of company policy, we will investigate your order with our operations manager and strive to resolve the issue as fast and efficiently as possible.

6. Do you export internationally?

We currently do not export directly to any international destinations.
