To help us maintain low prices for all our customers, we require a Fixed Shipping Rate when you spend less than $100 excluding delivery fee. Free Delivery is offered to NSW order when over $100 excluding delivery fee

Standard postage service is shipped by Australia Post or Sendle. Delivery with standard postage will be charged by location at the following rates:

$9.99 NSW, ACT
$11.99 VIC, QLD, SA, TAS 
$14.99 WA, NT 

Once your order has been processed (picked, packed and posted) the estimated delivery time frames start from there. 

NSW is approx. 

2-3 business days for postcodes:

3-5 business days for postcodes:

VIC is approx. 

3-5 business days for postcodes:

PICK UP/DROP OFF

Currently we accept or offer pick up or drop offs in the store. The store address is CARGO DEPOT, Shop U032 & U033, Level 3, Macarthur Square, 200 Gilchrist Drive, Campbelltown, NSW, 2560. The store is on the left handside of TARGET.

 

Every effort shall be made to deliver the goods on time. The Company cannot be held responsible for the late deliveries caused by acts of god, war, strikes, lockouts, severe weather conditions, third party delivery service providers etc.  The Company reserves the right to deliver a reasonable substitute if required due to stock unavailability, however every attempt will be made when possible and necessary to notify you. The Company cannot be held responsible for over-ordering, changes or preference.

​Delivery shall be made during normal business hours at the address specified by the purchaser and shall be completed on the goods being left at that address. Deliveries made outside normal business hours are by arrangement and are at the purchasers’ cost and liability.

SALES TAXES

We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country. For domestic customers, where stated prices include Australian taxes.
